BOOKING CONDITIONS

Payment is required in full prior to trek. No holding of places  without payment.     

Registration form must be completed & payment is to be made to secure your place.

Payment by cheque or Direct Credit & made payable to M&K DICK  or post to Hoofcamp Saddlery, 197 Commerce street, Whakatane. 3120

CHANGES OR CANCELLATION BY US.

If we are forced to cancell as a result of unusal and inforseable circumstances beyond our control, we offer a full refund of all monies paid. If it is necessary to make a significant change or cancel before departure, we will advise you as soon as possible. We regret we cannot pay any costs or expenses or losses you may incur as a result of any chyange or cancellation.

CANCELLATIONS BY YOU.

There is a $50 non refundable administration fee on cancellations. A refund of monies paid less the administration fee is available on the following basis.

If Notice is received:

less than 21 days prior to trek departure - 70% refund

less than 14 days prior to trek departure - 50% refund

less than 5 days prior to trek depoarture - NO REFUND
